Through observational learning and practical application, participants will experience coaching from the perspective of every participant in the coaching conversation. Participants will learn the proven coaching model that works. Coaching is not telling or teaching. Participants will discover how to use a proven coaching model to help team members create individual results that support the organization's mission.

Once I saw the possibilities and learning experiences I gained from being pushed into uncomfortable positions, I knew this was something that had to occur. Tasha was great in making sure everyone's voice was heard in our discussions. I learned a lot through reading the book, but much more with the weekly meetings. I think this class would be very beneficial for any leader, or aspiring leader, to participate in because there are so many shifts that need to be made for productive and effective leadership to occur.
