Read MoreThis course was extremely helpful for me as a current teacher, aspiring to become an instructional coach. I was pushed outside of my comfort zone, which I did not like at the beginning. Once I saw the possibilities and learning experiences I gained from being pushed into uncomfortable positions, I knew this was something that had to occur. Tasha was great in making sure everyone's voice was heard in our discussions. I learned a lot through reading the book, but much more with the weekly meetings. I think this class would be very beneficial for any leader, or aspiring leader, to participate in because there are so many shifts that need to be made for productive and effective leadership to occur.
