Tasha Carter has been a full-time entrepreneur for 20 years, leveraging her diverse personal and professional experiences to inspire leaders to reach their full potential. As the CEO of Maximized Growth, LLC, she partners with nonprofits, state agencies, and businesses of all sizes to provide leadership training, team development, workshop facilitation, and executive coaching. In addition to her work with Maximized Growth, Tasha is an Independent Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team, where she leads executive leadership training, coaching, and delivers keynote speeches. She is a Certified D.I.S.C. Personality Assessment Consultant under the Maxwell brand and currently serves on the Maxwell Leadership Team President’s Advisory Council. Tasha is also a Maxwell Leadership Certified Corporate Facilitator, helping individuals and teams enhance communication and performance by understanding behavioral styles. Tasha’s extensive expertise includes partnerships with the Alabama State Department of Education, the Council for Leaders in Alabama Schools, and the Alabama Education Association to deliver tailored courses and training programs focused on leadership, communication, and personal growth. Tasha is a proud graduate of Leadership Montgomery (Class XXXIII) and Leadership Alabama (Class XXXI). She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce and is a former Chamber Ambassador. Her earlier career as a paralegal for an employment law attorney and a certified court reporter for the State of Alabama sharpened her communication, legal administration, and attention to detail skills—elements she now integrates into her leadership development approach.
